Most people will experience some sort of depression or anxiety in their lives, some more manageable than others. Some have buried early traumatic experiences that manifest later in life, others may be experiencing difficulties at work or in a relationship, finding parenthood overwhelming or struggling to get out of bed in the morning. It may be that you just don’t feel like yourself and you don’t understand why. Whatever it is that you are struggling to understand or manage, I can offer a safe space to explore the more difficult emotions with empathy and without judgment.
